Job Introduction

Salary: £40,085.20 - £46,023.75 (DOE)

Location: Ballykinler Training Centre, Commons Road, Northern Ireland,

Travel required: Ballykinler and Magilligan .

On-Call Duties required: Be part of our on-call team on a roster basis.

Landmarc Support Services is seeking a skilled Domestic Gas and Oil Maintenance Technician. In this role, you’ll maintain and repair gas, oil and heating systems, handle day to day plumbing tasks, and deliver high-quality service to our client.

Main Responsibilities

Maintain, service, install, commission, and perform safety checks on domestic LPG/ Oil boilers and appliances

Carry out day to day Plumbing / Heating and Ventilation Tasks

Produce Gas Landlord Certificates and other certificates required

Conduct Gas Landlord / Oil Safety Inspections and undertake any necessary remedial works

Complete certification and work orders on time to meet performance measures and compliance

Able to work as part of the Maintenance team and take direction from Establishment Managers

Participate in all company training as required and any job-related training

The Ideal Candidate

In depth knowledge of basic day to day plumbing tasks

Strong health and safety knowledge

Strong customer service qualities

Independent problem solving within remit

Knowledge of Legionella legislation

Proficient in IT skills for record keeping and reporting

Essential Criteria:

Domestic / Industrial LPG Gas-Safe Registered

UK (OFTEC) Certification

Certificates in WRAS, CCN1, CENWAT

In depth knowledge of Oil Boilers, Vented & Unvented systems, Gas boilers, Water Heaters, Compressed air, Ventilation and all types of Pipework

Full Valid UK Driving Licence
