The Role

You’ll oversee the delivery of all gas and electrical maintenance, servicing, and compliance work across thousands of homes. Your focus will be on ensuring safety, quality, and value for money while motivating a dedicated team of engineers and electricians.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all gas and electrical works meet compliance and safety regulations.
  • Use data and KPIs to manage budgets and performance effectively.
  • Drive service improvements, innovation, and continuous professional development.

  • Provide out-of-hours support on a shared rota.
About the Organisation

You’ll be joining a modern, ambitious housing provider managing over 5,000 homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. They’re known for their strong financial base, fair and transparent approach to customers, and commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive workplace where people genuinely thrive.

They’ve been recognised as one of the region’s most forward-thinking housing associations — with a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

What’s In It for You
  • Salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience)
  • Excellent pension scheme and annual leave entitlement
  • Flexible hybrid working options
  • Commitment to training and career development
  • A truly inclusive culture built on trust, respect, and empowerment
  • Access to wellbeing initiatives and employee assistance programmes
  • Real influence in shaping service delivery and team performance
What You'll Need
