Are you passionate about quality, fit, and garment production? This role offers an opportunity to work with an amazing womenswear, fast fashion brand, from initial design to final production, ensuring garments meet high standards of quality and efficiency.

The role provides excellent opportunities for professional development, growth within the brand, and making a difference across all technical areas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with designers to review and assess garment samples, ensuring design concepts are practical for production.
  2. Measure incoming samples to ensure they meet initial specifications.
  3. Conduct fit sessions, providing feedback to ensure proper fit, size consistency, and style alignment.
  4. Create and maintain technical packs containing garment specifications.
  5. Work with overseas suppliers to ensure clarity in tech packs, aiming for a high sample hit rate.
  6. Conduct quality inspections at various production stages to ensure high standards.
  7. Identify and resolve quality issues early in the production process.
  8. Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to meet technical requirements.

This is a product-first business. You would be working 5 days a week in a dynamic, collaborative, open-plan office. A desire to be present and hands-on with the product is essential.
