Job Description:

Based in Birmingham, a leading streetwear brand inspired by the UK’s urban scene and musical influences is seeking senior designers to join their design team.

The brand is expanding its presence in the US and Europe and has recently launched womenswear and kidswear lines.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with designers and directors to develop branded products that meet purpose and standards.
  • Assist with measuring and providing feedback on samples.
  • Review factory submissions, including lab dips, fabric, and print samples.
  • Ensure products comply with safety standards and testing requirements.
  • Adhere to critical timelines to ensure smooth development and meet ex-factory dates.
  • Communicate with factories to monitor production progress.
  • Conduct quality checks on production and provide feedback to factories.
  • Manage daily organizational tasks such as organizing samples, archiving, and managing submission files.
  • Support in managing the brand's return logs.
  • Participate in fit sessions and advise on fit-related issues.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to contribute to a fast-growing streetwear brand. You will be involved in developing products from initial design to delivery, requiring an organized, self-motivated professional capable of owning their responsibilities and collaborating with the team.

Location: Head office in Birmingham. EU work permit required.
