Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the garment design alteration process, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  
  
• Provide expert advice and input on future collections and product development.
  
  
• Handle B2B communication, including client calls and consultations.
  
  
• Collaborate with our creative team to bring new ideas to life.
  
  
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other office tools effectively for day-to-day communication and workflow.
  
  
• Get hands-on with embroidery, tailoring, or garment alterations as required.
  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in the clothing or fashion industry.
  
  
• Background in tailoring, embroidery, or alterations is highly desirable.
  
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage B2B relationships professionally.
