Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in Ipswich are seeking a dedicated Gardener to maintain our outdoor spaces to the highest standards. You will tend flowerbeds, shrubs and trees, ensure safety and cleanliness, and help create welcoming environments for residents to enjoy.

We value someone who loves gardening, understands health and safety, and works well with a team to support residents with empathy and care. This is a full-time, on-site role with excellent training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Passion for gardening and outdoor work.
• Ability to adapt to residents and team needs.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain gardens to high standards, ensuring safety and tidiness.
• Tend flowerbeds, shrubs and trees to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Care for garden equipment and fences, keeping them in good condition.
• Clear snow and ice to keep areas safe in winter.
• Follow COSHH guidance when using garden chemicals.
• Adapt work schedule to residents’ needs with empathy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support residents’ well-being.
