Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting on behalf of a growing gardening business based in St Albans. The role involves travelling to domestic and commercial properties as part of a two-person team, performing gardening and landscaping tasks.

A van is pre-loaded each morning, and you typically complete 2–6 jobs per day. The position is full time and permanent, with hours from 07:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (essential).
• Minimum 1 year's gardening/grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Comfortable outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and well established gardening business based in St Albans. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous gardening or landscaping experience who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

The Role

Working as part of a two-person team, you will travel to domestic and commercial properties across the local area, carrying out a variety of gardening and landscaping duties. Your van will be pre-loaded each morning, allowing you to head straight out to your scheduled jobs. You'll typically complete 2-6 jobs per day, depending on the size and nature of the work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, hedge cutting and pruning.

• Driving a company manual van between customer locations.
• Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Requirements

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work to a high standard.
