Bupa Global is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain gardens and support general maintenance at St Georges Care Home. The role involves hands-on gardening tasks and requires a passion for horticulture. The position offers flexible working hours and a range of benefits aimed at promoting health and wellbeing.
Location: St GeorgesCare Home, 5 Byfleet Road, Cobham, Surrey KT11 1DS
Contract: 20 hours per week

You’ll help us make health happen by:
Maintaining all grassed areas including mowing, trimming, weed control, repairs and feeding.
Ensuring all trees and shrubs are maintained, including trimming, pruning, and assessing stability.
Maintaining all flower beds, boarder plants, hanging baskets and potted plants.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
You will have hands on experience in grounds maintenance and a passion for gardening. Experience within a large commercial estate, knowledge of horticulture statutory requirements and a gardening or horticultural qualification would be advantageous. Friendly and approachable, you have excellent customer service skills and an ability to work well as part of a large team. With a practical ability and experience in painting and decorating, you're happy to help the wider team as required.
