We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Lead Gardener to join our team. If you love working outdoors, take pride in your work, and enjoy contributing to stunning landscapes, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Operating machinery such as mowers, hedge trimmers, and strimmers.
Maintaining gardens and green spaces, including mowing, weeding, and pruning.
Following health and safety protocols to ensure safe working practices.
Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Effectively communicating with clients and organising the schedule
Invoicing appropriately and managing a team of Gardeners

Requirements

Previous experience in gardening and horticulture
Knowledge of plants, tools, and garden maintenance techniques essential
A valid Full UK manual driving licence is required.
Strong physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Management Skills preferred
