Haven is seeking a Grounds & Garden Team Member in the United Kingdom to help maintain our park grounds and create inviting outdoor spaces for guests. The role involves caring for flower beds, borders, and landscaped areas, with a focus on safety and consistent upkeep across the park.

The ideal candidate is passionate about gardening, enjoys outdoor work, and is willing to learn. Training is provided, 18+ due to machinery, and we offer a range of perks and development opportunities within Haven.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening, horticulture, or grounds maintenance is valued but training is provided.
• Genuine interest in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work.
• Basic plant knowledge such as weed identification and seasonal care.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment like mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the park and grounds to the highest standard, including flower beds and landscaped areas.
• Keep spaces safe and well-maintained through skilled upkeep of grounds and facilities.
• Keep gardens and green spaces vibrant, tidy and in top condition year-round.
