Fairmont Windsor Park is seeking a Garden Supervisor to lead our grounds team at this 5‑star hotel. You will maintain the estate to the highest standards, overseeing gardening and landscaping across all external areas and ensuring guest wellbeing through pristine outdoor spaces.

You will supervise gardeners, implement maintenance programmes, monitor safety, and manage supplies. A passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and experience in luxury hotel grounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.
• Broad experience in gardening and landscaping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel grounds to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance programmes for external areas across the portfolio.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of gardeners and grounds staff.
• Ensure compliance with risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Carry out daily checks of all work equipment and inspect levels of fuel, oil and water.
• Identify, record and request materials and supplies for gardening tasks.
• Undertake safety inspections of grounds maintenance vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure correct use and condition of PPE.
• Carry out landscaping duties: planting, pruning, lawn care, hedging, jet washing, weeding.
• Apply weed control, fertilisers and monitor tree health.
