As you develop in the role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to support the race team across the international Grand Prix calendar, experiencing the thrill of Formula 1 firsthand.

Working closely with the Heritage Operations and Build teams, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of heritage events globally, supporting activities from initial preparation and build through to transportation and on site delivery. An HGV Class 1 License is required for the successful applicant in this role.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Attend Test Events and Running Showcar Events as required by the Heritage Operations Manager.
  • Support the build, preparation, maintenance, and presentation of heritage vehicles and garage equipment.
  • Support the preparation, organisation, and packing of flyaway equipment and trucks.
  • Ensure all trucks, garages, tools, and surrounding areas are maintained and presented to a high industry standard.
  • Assist with event setup, pack down, and on site operational support.
  • Assist with freight preparation, ensuring all required equipment is correctly packed and transported.
  • Carry out additional tasks as required to support Heritage operations and event delivery.
Requirements for the Role:
  • Valid HGV Class 1 licence is essential (minimum 2 years’ experience).

  • Strong attention to detail, with a meticulous and organised approach to work.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic team player with a positive and motivated mindset.
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to travel schedules, event challenges, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the UK and internationally as part of the Heritage team, and in future the opportunity to travel with our Formula One Race team.
  • Comfortable with driving Left Hand Drive vehicles internationally.
