Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Billingshurst is seeking a dedicated Garage Manager to lead a well-established, family-run auto centre specialising in tyres, servicing, repairs and MOT testing. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to customers.

The role includes supervising a team of up to five technicians, managing repairs, stock and health and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across the branch.

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the position of Garage Manager at their well-established, family-run garage in Billingshurst. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to lead day-to-day operations within a reputable independent auto centre specialising in tyres, vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT testing. The successful Garage Manager will play a key role in managing customer relations, supervising staff, and ensuring operational excellence.

Benefits for the successful Garage Manager will include:

• Competitive basic salary between £38,000 and £42,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £46,000 including monthly bonuses
• Working hours of 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off
