As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of the restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Responsibilities include welcoming children, distributing balloons, organizing events, attending to customer needs, maintaining cleanliness, and fostering a warm atmosphere. Maintaining positive communication and keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction are key.
