Fixed Term (one year), Variable Hours/Annualised Hours

Salary: £24,632 FTE. Two roles available:

  1. £11,537 for an average of 18 hours per week
  2. £16,890 for an average of 24 hours per week

We are seeking enthusiastic Gap Year Rowing Coaches to contribute to the development of Sir William Perkins’s School Boat Club. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about rowing and coaching to develop their skills, primarily working with younger rowers.

Key qualities include attention to detail, care in task execution, and a strong awareness of student safety and wellbeing at all times.

The Boat Club is thriving, with strong support from pupils, parents, and the school. The role focuses on guiding students from Year 8 to Year 10, with opportunities to coach at local and national events, fostering professional growth within a vibrant school environment.

This is a one-year fixed-term contract with flexible, seasonal working hours, including weekends.
