About us:

Ganger Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Ganger to join our site team on a project in Bournemouth.

As a site Ganger, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a construction team to ensure work is carried out to a high standard, following all safety procedures and regulations. Your duties will include coordinating daily activities, ensuring effective resource allocation on site, assisting with planning and organization of materials, tools, and equipment. A CSCS card is required.

The Role

1. Prioritize health and safety on site and be cautious of others working with you.
2. Liaise with the site manager and complete tasks to ensure smooth site operations.
3. Be punctual and arrive on site on time.
