ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and team-oriented individual for the roles of Gaming Supervisor and Relief Customer Service Manager at our flagship site in Mount Pritchard, on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure an excellent customer service experience.

Key duties as a Gaming Supervisor include:

  • Leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Gaming Floor
  • Participating in performance management
  • Maintaining and reporting relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with club policies, procedures, operations, and relevant regulations

Key duties as a Customer Service Manager include:

  • Ensuring compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA, RCG, HACCP, and Gaming Regulations
  • Coaching, developing, and managing staff performance
  • Liaising with stakeholders for smooth operations
  • Promoting continuous service improvement
  • Managing opening and closing procedures
  • Handling customer complaints and issues
  • Ensuring roster coverage using Tanda
  • Updating reports in Risk Manager for compliance

ABOUT YOU

To succeed, you should possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG competency certificates
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Proven customer service excellence
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Empathy and attentiveness
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
