ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and team-oriented individual for the roles of Gaming Supervisor and Relief Customer Service Manager at our flagship site in Mount Pritchard, on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure an excellent customer service experience.
Key duties as a Gaming Supervisor include:
- Leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Gaming Floor
- Participating in performance management
- Maintaining and reporting relationships
- Ensuring compliance with club policies, procedures, operations, and relevant regulations
Key duties as a Customer Service Manager include:
- Ensuring compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA, RCG, HACCP, and Gaming Regulations
- Coaching, developing, and managing staff performance
- Liaising with stakeholders for smooth operations
- Promoting continuous service improvement
- Managing opening and closing procedures
- Handling customer complaints and issues
- Ensuring roster coverage using Tanda
- Updating reports in Risk Manager for compliance
ABOUT YOU
To succeed, you should possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Current NSW RSA & RCG competency certificates
- Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Proven customer service excellence
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Empathy and attentiveness
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
