About The Firm

Renowned for their work within the media and entertainment practice area, this law firm is seeking a Commercial Lawyer, with experience in the interactive entertainment sector, to join their firm.

The Role

In this exciting role, you will join the firm’s Interactive Entertainment team, playing a key part in advising a broad range of clients, including global video game publishers, indie studios, rights owners, start-ups and entrepreneurs, esports organisations and content creators.

Your work will primarily focus on drafting and negotiating contracts and advising on regulatory matters to small and large studios, console, PC and mobile games financiers, AR and VR businesses, online platforms, esports businesses, middleware and software providers, as well as leading industry figures.

Who You Are

  • A qualified lawyer with 2-5 years’ PQE in commercial law, gained in an equally leading law firm in the city.
  • Enthusiasm for the Interactive Entertainment and ideally have a broad understanding of how video games are developed, published and commercially exploited.
