What you will be doing

• Deliver flawless campaign execution by working to agreed processes and SLAs with Gaming Operations and CRM
• Work with Business Intelligence and Decision Science teams to analyse the impact of your campaigns, forming plans to test and optimise iterations
• Ensure marketing is delivered against agreed tone of voice and brand guidelines
• Study customer research and feedback to fully understand customer motivations and ensure customer plans meet customer needs by segment
• Represent the Gaming team, sharing learnings and developing strong working relationships with Gaming Business Stakeholders
• Report to management and peers on marketing performance and develop industry expertise through competitor monitoring
