Secret Mode is looking for a Gameplay Programmer to craft high-caliber games in Royal Leamington Spa. As a key team member, you will implement gameplay features, ensuring they are fun and optimised for PC, Console, and Mobile.

You will work closely with creative teams and produce robust code while driving features from concept to execution. The role requires strong C++ skills and a passion for game development, along with a supportive work environment that offers flexibility and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven industry experience as a programmer on one or more console/PC titles.
• Strong C++ skills, including profiling, debugging and optimising code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement compelling gameplay features and systems from concept to execution.
• Work on gameplay, engine features, UI, and audio components.
