You will partner with the Game Director and discipline leads, shaping narrative design and player experience while estimating, scheduling and delivering all text requirements on time and within budget. A passion for AAA storytelling helps you thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and editing game content for commercial games.
• Strong copywriting and editorial skills across written and spoken content.
• Excellent communication to align stakeholders and departments.
• Expertise in storytelling and world-building within a visual/interactive medium.
• Enthusiasm for creative and technical responsibilities of the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Game Director and discipline leads to define, deliver game text and dialogue.
• Collaborate with Design to shape narrative design and player experience.
• Estimate, schedule and manage all text requirements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Promote narrative best practices, create style guides, glossaries and documentation.
• Review text content from developers and external writers for in-game use.
• Liaise with Localisation to adapt content for a global audience.
• Support voice casting and recording processes with materials and feedback.
