Job summary

FuturLab, the award-winning game studio behind PowerWash Simulator, seeks a highly organised Producer to support PowerWash Simulator 2. You will facilitate Agile ways of working, coordinate planning and delivery, and serve as the key communication link between technical and non-technical teams.

You will drive milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder updates, while refining processes, tools, and ways of working to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies for multidisciplinary teams, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams ensuring clear communication and alignment between tech and other departments
• Support milestone planning and tracking to ensure deliverables align with project goals and timelines
• Keep internal teams aligned, such as Content, QA and Publishing
• Risk management and Stakeholder updates
• Act as Jira administrator across multiple projects, including workflows, automations, reporting and process improvements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, tools, and ways of working

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies across multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain clear communication channels between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor milestone progress and adjust plans to meet timing goals.
• Support risk assessment and updates to stakeholders.
• Administer Jira workflows, automations, and reporting to improve efficiency.
