IGT PlayDigital in the UK is seeking a seasoned Game Math Manager to lead the math team and drive innovative game mechanics across online casino titles. Based in a hybrid setup connected to our Manchester office, you will oversee mathematical design and implementation while aligning with product and market needs.

The role collaborates with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure performance, balance and regulatory compliance, and to adapt land-based concepts for online play.

What You Will Do

As Manager for Game Math Design, you will lead the math team within a PlayDigital studio in Poland, ensuring the development of high‑performing and engaging game mechanics. You will oversee mathematical design and implementation while aligning with product and market needs, including both the creation of original games and the conversion of land‑based games to meet online requirements.
