Gram Games, the studio behind 1010!, Six!, Merge Dragons!, and Merge Magic!, is seeking a Game Economy Lead. You will design and optimize in-game economies, currencies, pricing, and rewards to balance engagement with sustainable monetization.

You will model predictions, run A/B tests, analyze data, and collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and LiveOps to deliver balanced revenue growth and player satisfaction throughout the game lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile freemium games in economy/design/data roles.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree in economics or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and optimize in-game economies, currencies, and pricing.
• Model predictions and run simulations to forecast feature impact.
• Define metrics, plan A/B tests, and analyze live data for balance.
• Collaborate with Product, Game Design, Data, Engineering, LiveOps.
