Galway Full-Time/Temporary Visual Merchandiser, 37.5 hours (16 hours contracted, 21.5 hours flexible)

MON - 1200-1600
TUES - 1200-1600
FRI - 1200-1600
SAT - 1200-1600

WEEK 2

TUES - 1200-1600
WED - 1200-1600
THURS - 1200-1600
FRI - 1200-1600

Purpose

Your role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by serving and selling in store and through all digital channels.

Key Accountabilities

The activities you will undertake include:

Customer

  • Create an exceptional customer experience by proactively serving customers and role modelling service behaviors
  • Prioritize customer needs over tasks
  • Maintain an inspiring shopping environment through excellent product presentation and availability
  • Support store and community initiatives as part of Plan A activities

Selling

  • Confidently sell using your knowledge of products and services to increase sales both in store and digitally
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and offer personalized recommendations
  • Participate in store events to meet sales targets
  • Create selling opportunities at all service points

Store

  • Understand store priorities and contribute to improving performance
  • Follow safe and legal working practices
  • Work productively to minimize losses and optimize store operations
  • Complete key operational activities and seek continuous improvement opportunities

Team

  • Be flexible and support colleagues to meet customer and business needs
