Salary: 31,000 - 40,000 + commission

Location: Nottingham

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is pleased to be hiring a Gallery Manager for a well-established Fine Art Gallery in Nottingham City Centre. This role is ideal for a confident and proactive individual.

Gallery Manager Responsibilities:

1. Inspire, motivate, and lead a small team of Art Consultants to drive and achieve sales targets throughout the year.
2. Oversee the implementation and effective use of business development activities, organize promotional events, and generate interest for the gallery.
3. Support current loyal clients while proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships.
4. Provide highly presentable and exceptional customer service and communication skills, both in person and by phone.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous 1-2-1 sales experience with the ability to adapt to different client needs.
• Ability to operate and maintain a welcoming and presentable gallery environment.
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle moderate physical duties daily.
