Job summary

Partner Retail Services Limited is seeking a Galaxy Workshop Trainer to lead Galaxy workshops in our London stores, delivering engaging, hands-on tech experiences for customers. You will present latest Samsung technology, tailor demonstrations to audience interests and drive workshop bookings across sessions.

The role emphasizes confident customer interaction, high energy, and teamwork with store colleagues and remote field support.

Qualifications

Be a strong communicator and comfortable educating customers
Experience presenting to large audiences
Experience in retail or customer service and following a customer journey
Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment
Friendly, confident with an engaging approach

Responsibilities

Deliver Galaxy Workshops and hands-on tech sessions.
Present engaging tech product demonstrations to various audience sizes.
Encourage workshop attendance and bookings between sessions.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with personalized product presentations.
Educate customers and colleagues on tech product functionalities and benefits.
Capture daily activity data and ensure NPS surveys are completed.
Keep store team training up to date and front of mind with full store team.
Create a fun and engaging atmosphere during workshops.
