As a Performance Ad Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our visual output, creating ads that captivate audiences while driving key performance metrics.

This role is perfect for a designer who understands the unique demands of performance advertising and is eager to bring both creativity and data-driven insights into their work. You’ll collaborate with creative strategists and marketers to develop innovative, attention-grabbing designs tailored for paid media campaigns.

What you’ll do:
  • Analyze creative proposals andbriefs and determine creativerequirements.
  • Gather missing information from stakeholders to better define project needs.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and creative briefs.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Design impactful static and motion ads optimized for paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with design principles.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data to maximize ad effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, design standards, and creative best practices for performance advertising.
  • Deliver projects on time and according to the brief, brand guidelines, and stakeholder expectations.

At least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work.

  • Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Notion, Figma and Frame.io would be ideal
  • Experience designing for paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • A deep understanding of how design choices impact ad performance, including knowledge of metrics and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with strategists, marketers, and other creatives.
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives on balancing visual appeal with performance objectives.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clientsin a fast-paced environment.
