Responsibilities:

  • Headhunting candidates by understanding their career ambitions, skills, and experience.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their business trajectory and staffing needs.
  • Negotiating terms and contracts between candidates and clients.
  • Interviewing and working with C-Suite and Executive-level candidates to help them find long-term positions.
  • Building cutting-edge databases to position G&E Partners as a market leader in your specialized markets.

This role is designed to develop your career, offering on-the-job learning from industry experts. It provides full autonomy over your career path, whether towards management or individual contribution. We have a clear progression pathway from entry-level to Managing Director.

All our managers started as Executive Search Consultants; no external hires are made for management roles. Many consultants advance to management within 12-18 months.

Internal Training Academy:

G&E Partners runs an internal training academy led by our Learning and Development team. New consultants undergo 5 weeks of comprehensive training to become fully 360-degree Consultants. This includes workshops aimed at developing future business leaders, enhancing communication skills, and building client relationships. Weekly internal training sessions ensure continuous growth and development.
