Responsibilities:

  • Headhunting candidates - understanding candidates' career ambitions, skills, and experience.
  • Communicating with clients - understanding clients’ business trajectory and what skills and characteristics they are looking for.
  • Negotiating terms and contracts between candidates and clients.
  • Interviewing and working with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position.
  • Building cutting-edge databases, to continually position G&E Partners as a market leader in your specialised markets.
