G MASS Consulting, in partnership with a leading global financial services group, seeks a Business Manager in London to join the Capital Markets COO office. The role blends day-to-day management with delivering complex commercial initiatives across FX, Sales, Trading, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have deep FX product knowledge, strong stakeholder skills and the maturity to engage senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on.

Qualificações

• Track record delivering large-scale cross-functional initiatives in financial services.
• Solid FX product and market knowledge (FX Spot to FX Options).
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across Front Office and Support & Control functions.
• Understanding MiFID II regulations; awareness of related regulations is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support Capital Markets COO and senior heads in day-to-day management and strategic development, with a focus on FX.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional commercial initiatives from concept to delivery (new launches, capability buildouts, regulatory-driven change).
• Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Finance to achieve outcomes.
