Role Description:

This role involves analyzing and resolving complex operational problems, providing technical support, and consulting across various support lines. Responsibilities include managing daily refresh activities to meet deadlines, quality standards, policies, and regulations, as well as developing talent and supporting employees' career goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support management activities including employee development and collaboration with external clients, business partners, compliance, audit, and finance teams.
• Lead a team and support execution of daily refresh activities adhering to timelines and requirements.
• Perform daily tasks with sound judgment, ensuring operations are cost-effective through budgeting, expense management, reporting, and forecasting.
• Balance caseloads across the team based on proficiency and complexity.
• Partner with sales and client outreach teams to resolve process impediments and gather necessary documents.
• Identify and escalate issues to mitigate risks promptly.
• Support implementation of new processes to enhance the operating model.
