They are seeking an FX Broker with a FX Business Development background to join the team and play a pivotal role in the company's expansion.
We are looking for a candidate with strong sales acumen, ideally from within FX (similar financial and sales markets will also be considered), to advance into the next stage of their career as an FX Broker. Your role will involve developing and maintaining retail, corporate, and institutional relationships, ensuring growth of both new business and your existing client portfolio.
The ideal candidate should be outgoing, confident, and resilient. A degree in a related field such as Finance, Economics, or Business is preferred, or at least a genuine interest and passion for FX. Above all, we value a grounded attitude, motivation to succeed in a challenging industry like FX, and persistence even in the face of setbacks.
Typically, candidates with 2-3 years of experience in FX who have not yet received the recognition they deserve are ideal.
Your responsibilities will include onboarding new businesses and targeting clients aligned with the company's objectives. The company will provide access to a corporate database, and as you meet your targets, you will receive support from team members to assist with cold calling and managing key accounts.
Only candidates with B2B sales experience will be considered. A solid understanding of FX and corporate risk management is essential.
