Futures & Options/ ETD, FX & Equity Operations SOX Reporting & Project Analyst (Operations role)

Martis Search is representing a City of London-based, global trading institution to hire a permanent Futures & Options/ ETD, FX & Equity Operations SOX Reporting & Project Analyst.

This role is based on a trading floor, working within an operations team alongside ETD, FX, and Equity sales and traders.

The company is a global trading firm subject to regulations like Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), requiring compliance with financial reporting standards.

The role focuses on two main areas: 1) BAU SOX compliance and 2) project management support, including reporting and governance tasks.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of SOX compliance experience or a background in financial services compliance or project management within operations, preferably from a reputable brokerage, investment bank, or asset management firm.

• Support various projects, including planning, status updates, risk escalation, and cross-team collaboration.
