Job summary

Macquarie Group in London seeks a Futures Business Solutions Operations Manager, Vice President to shape futures operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, driving strategic change and strengthening operational resilience.

Reporting to the Commodities and Global Markets Futures EMEA Head of Clearing, you will lead the regional Business Solutions agenda, overseeing data governance, onboarding, exchange product setup, fee management and process automation, and help evolve technology

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience within Exchange Traded Derivatives or listed markets, with leadership of a team.
• Proven track record delivering business change and operational transformation in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of risk, controls and governance, including regulatory reporting and market structure changes.
• Experience in data governance, automation, workflow tools and process digitisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Business Solutions agenda for Futures across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, controls and client outcomes.
• Shape and deliver strategic initiatives across data governance, onboarding, product setup, fee management, and operational processes.
• Drive automation and influence technology platforms while maintaining robust operating models.
• Lead significant operational issue resolution and strengthen risk and control frameworks.
