Our approach is solution-focused, relational, and draws upon strength-based methods of interventions tailored to each family's needs.
We partner with social work teams, family support teams, and other professionals, including those in the third sector. Our team is based in Stafford but works across Staffordshire and sometimes beyond.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate, creative, and supportive team that makes a real difference. Our team utilizes a range of specialist interventions, including Non-Violent Resistance (NVR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused methodology. We also have a Young Persons Substance Misuse Worker seconded into the team.
