A government agency in Swindon is seeking a Future Ways of Working Lead to develop and manage strategic approaches to workplace experience. This role focuses on innovative workplace practices and supports a team to improve efficiency within the civil service. The ideal candidate will drive organizational change and engage with senior leadership, leading initiatives to enhance the way civil service employees work together.

The Workplace Experience Team is responsible for delivering customer-focused initiatives such as Future Ways of Working, Customer Experience, and Customer Insight. The Future Ways of Working team focuses on embedding modern working practices across the civil service, building on principles of flexibility and choice, and developing new ways of sharing government workspaces.
The team is small and versatile; the successful candidate may support other areas as needed.
