The Workplace Experience Team is a high-performing, motivated, and collaborative team responsible for customer-focused initiatives including Future Ways of Working, Customer Experience, and Customer Insight.
The Future Ways of Working team is tasked with embedding and evolving modern working practices across the civil service, building on previous successful programs to promote flexibility and choice.
The team will also develop new principles to support effective operation of Government Hubs and enhance workspace sharing across government agencies.
The team supports various functions across GPA, so the successful candidate may be asked to assist other areas as needed.
