The Workplace Experience Team is a high-performing, motivated, and collaborative group responsible for delivering customer-focused initiatives, including Future Ways of Working, Customer Experience, and Customer Insight.
The Future Ways of Working team focuses on embedding and evolving modern working practices across the civil service. After successfully delivering the smarter working programme, this team sustains a network of practitioners to inform and influence future workplace strategies, emphasizing flexibility and choice.
The Engagement Manager for Future Ways of Working will support the interoperability programme by developing the 'Ways of Working' pillar, facilitating practitioner contributions, and influencing future workplace designs. They will analyze lessons from pilots, manage the Smarter Working Community of Practice, lead workplace change communications, facilitate sessions, and maintain cross-government networks. They will also collaborate with the Customer Experience and Insights teams to address behavioral challenges and support change management initiatives. Additionally, they will line manage an EO support officer.
