The Future Ways of Working team focuses on embedding modern working practices across the civil service. After successfully delivering the smarter working programme, they support ongoing development of flexible, innovative work approaches.
The Engagement Manager for Future Ways of Working will enable contributions from the practitioner network and other groups to shape future work practices through engaging events and analysis. They will also support the wider community with advice on embedding modern ways of working.
The team is small and versatile, so the successful candidate may support other areas as needed.
