What To Expect

Time Type: Full-Time (5 days per week including weekend working)

As the newest member of Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy’ and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. We are currently offering up to 28 vacancies across UK & Ireland locations, with some specializing in our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business area:

What You'll Do

This programme offers a fast-track, hands-on experience rotating through core departments, with performance reviews at each stage to develop your skills and support your growth beyond 12 months. It’s ideal for motivated self-starters eager to support business functions, meet targets, and bring innovative ideas.

You will experience the following core functions, subject to business needs:

• Front of House: Providing excellent visitor, customer, and employee experiences
• Delivery: Assisting with vehicle collection to ensure customer satisfaction
• Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
• Virtual Prep: Assisting customers before service visits, diagnosing faults, and educating customers
• Service: Learning basic vehicle repairs
• Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
• Elective Rotation: Tailored to your potential future role post-programme

Post-programme, based on performance, you may have opportunities to advance your career within Tesla, applying for full-time roles aligned with your strengths and aspirations.
