What To Expect

Time Type: Full-Time (5 days per week including weekend working)

As the newest member of Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy’ and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. We are offering up to 28 vacancies across various UK & Ireland locations, with some sites specializing in our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business:

• London: Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham
• South Coast: Southampton (CPO), Winchester
• Home Counties: Chelmsford, Dartford, Gatwick, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading (CPO), St Albans
• Midlands: Longbridge (CPO), Northampton, Nottingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton (CPO & New)
• Northwest: Manchester Central, Manchester South (CPO)
• Northeast: Newcastle
• Scotland: Edinburgh, Glasgow
• East: Cambridge (CPO)

Please note that the final stage of recruitment will be an in-person group assessment day at select locations in mid-late July 2025.

What You'll Do

This programme offers a fast-track, hands-on experience rotating through core departments, with performance reviews at each stage. It aims to equip you with essential skills and support your growth beyond the 12 months. The departments include:

• Front of House: Providing excellent visitor, customer, and employee experiences
• Delivery: Assisting customers during vehicle collection
• Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
• Virtual Prep: Assisting with diagnostics and customer education before service visits
• Service: Performing common vehicle repairs
• Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
• Elective Rotation: Final rotation aligned with potential future roles

Post-programme, there are opportunities to apply for full-time roles based on your performance and aspirations.
