As the newest member of Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy’ and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. We are offering up to 28 vacancies across UK & Ireland locations, with some sites specializing in Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business areas.

Final stage: an in-person group assessment day in mid-late July 2025.
What You'll DoThis programme offers a fast-track, hands-on experience rotating through core departments. Your performance will be reviewed at each rotation, equipping you with essential skills and opportunities for growth beyond 12 months. It’s ideal for self-motivated individuals who take accountability for their learning, aiming to support business functions, meet targets, and bring innovative ideas.
Core departments include:
- Front of House: Providing excellent visitor, customer, and employee experiences
- Delivery: Assisting customers during vehicle collection
- Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
- Virtual Prep: Assisting customers pre-service, diagnosing faults, educating
- Service: Performing common vehicle repairs
- Sales: Supporting customers during purchase
- Elective Rotation: Final rotation aligned with your future role
Post-programme, you may have opportunities for full-time roles based on your performance.
What You'll Bring- Full UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year by start date
