Softwire seeks a Practice Lead for Future Systems Engineering to shape strategy, offerings and delivery across energy, finance, government and more. You will balance billable client work with practice development while mentoring engineers and leading bids.

You will build a hands-on pod, coordinate cross-team initiatives and contribute to thought leadership. A high-caliber consultant with 8+ years in tech and strong cloud knowledge will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical roles, including agency/consultancy background.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale systems, with NF requirements.
• Fluent in modern cloud architectures and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the Future Systems Engineering proposition, pricing and evolution.
• Lead technical shaping of bids and early conversations with clients.
• Build and direct a hands-on pod of consultants; mentor teams.
• Develop offerings, approaches and skills for future engagements.
• Lead thought leadership and coordinate Communities of Practice.
