Responsibilities include:

• Promoting a positive, inclusive culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation.
• Providing excellent training, coaching, and mentorship to develop emerging leaders.
• Ensuring food safety, health and safety standards, and managing financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Recruiting, nurturing, and developing team members for personal and professional growth.
• Cultivating an environment where team members feel respected, valued, and able to thrive.
