• Dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring every dish meets exceptional standards, whether through your own efforts or by empowering your team.
• Experienced in maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, with a good understanding of kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs. Proactive in spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Committed to building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
