The Data Pathway

The Data Pathway is designed for people who enjoy solving problems, uncovering insights and using data to drive better business decisions.

By joining Grayce, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of data-focused roles. Depending on your strengths, interests and client demand, you may progress into roles such as:

  • Data Analyst
  • BI Analyst
  • Insight Analyst
  • Reporting Analyst
  • Hybrid Data/Business Analyst

  • Data Governance Analyst
  • Data Quality Analyst

Working directly with client teams, you could be analysing and interpreting complex datasets, building dashboards and visualisations, supporting data pipelines and transformations, ensuring data quality and governance, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your specialism or broaden your skillset, depending on your strengths and career goals.

Development & Progression

All graduates join our Accelerated Development Programme, which includes:

  • Hands-on client delivery alongside structured learning
  • A minimum of five industry‑recognised accreditations
  • Dedicated coaching, mentoring and performance support
  • Clear pathways for career progression and significant salary growth
