Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; but professional experience can be substituted.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required, accommodations for those who don’t drive due to disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within last five years allowed.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, resolve enquiries, build rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow network, develop relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn fleet management, planning, and performance driving.
• Leadership and Development: mentor, train, and develop own team with growth opportunities.
