The role
As the Future Airspace Consultation Manager, you will lead strategic development and implementation of airspace change initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
What will make you successful in the role?
You should have a strong background in public consultation, especially on major infrastructure projects, with awareness of political and legal implications. Your ability to translate complex information into accessible content is essential.
Excellent customer service skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management, are necessary to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders like community delegates and politicians.
Knowledge of aircraft noise reporting, existing routes, and willingness to travel between MAG airports are desirable. Experience with survey and customer feedback analysis software is also beneficial.
