Job summary

ILIOS is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to support planning, scheduling, cost management, performance reporting, risk management, and change control for STEP construction partner projects in the UK. You will work with Project Managers, Engineering teams, commercial functions and client stakeholders to provide timely project performance information throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in project controls on large infrastructure, nuclear or major construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience with QSRA and schedule risk analysis.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, baselines, WBS and execution plans using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, analyse schedule performance and conduct critical path analysis.
• Produce project dashboards, KPIs and performance reports for management and clients.
• Identify risks and opportunities; maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Support change management and maintain change records.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure alignment.
